When you're DIYing your website and want to know there's support waiting in the wings, then this is for you.

EMAIL ONLY, Zooms are not included

  • I can usually get to your question same day or next day inside regular business hours.
  • Responses are via email only (no Zooms) and may include a link to a Loom video of my walking through your site, showing you how to DIY it.
  • Hours are M-Th 9am to 4pm CDT and Fri 9am to 3pm CDT so questions outside these hours will be addressed the following business day. Major holidays excluded as business days (Federal US holidays).

WHO IS THIS FOR:

  • You prefer to DIY and be in control of your website so you know what's going on in all aspects of your business.
  • You'd like the comfort of having an actual person to ask Kajabi questions as they arise. The thought of contacting Kajabi support sounds like torture.

WHO IS THIS NOT FOR:

  • Folks needing a website audit or website review. There's another offer for this need.
  • Folks wanting things done for them, "build me a sales page", "redesign my sales page" or "set up my offer". No, this offer is when YOU are working on your website, but have questions along the way. This is not done for you services.
  • Folks wanting to chat over Zoom. If you prefer Zoom, you should purchase the 1:1 Zoom session.
  • Folks looking for help with app integrations, domain transfers, setting up ads, site speed improvement, or directly writing copy.

What Happens Next:

  • If we haven't worked together before, I'll email instructions on how to add me as an Admin. There's a special email we must use.
  • Month over month, you'll email any questions as they arise.

Payment Details:

  • This is an ongoing subscription, $200 today then monthly on the same date each month.
  • Payments accepted are all major credit cards or PayPal.
  • Email receipt will arrive from Kajabi or PayPal.
  • Cancel anytime. Your subscription will finish out the month then not be billed the following month. Email within 72 hours of the new billing for subscription cancellation. Within 72 hours notice, I cannot guarantee the subscription will be cancelled in time.
  • There are no refunds if you forget to cancel or do not notify me of the cancellation within 72 hours of the charge.
  • There are no refunds for an unused subscription, even if you choose to leave Kajabi.
