- You'll receive a reminder email 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- You may cancel your appointment up to two hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations within two hours of the appointment will be considered a no-show without the opportunity for refund or rescheduling. A no-show is called at 15 minutes into the scheduled time.
