Work Begins

Work will be completed up to the number of minutes purchased in the time block. If additional time is required, an update will be provided. Any unused minutes will be credited toward your next project or ongoing email support.

2-hour minimum, support is available Mon thru Fri for Kajabi assistance. Time remains valid for a full year, so there's no rush to use it all on one project.

Yes, Zooms to discuss your project details may be scheduled using your minutes. 
However, spontaneous 'let's jump on a Zoom' chats are not available, as they disrupt workflow. All Zoom sessions must be scheduled in advance. Minutes can be exchanged for 15, 30, 60 or 120 minute Zooms (links to schedule provided upon purchase).

There are no refunds for unused minutes. Unused minutes expire 365 days from date of purchase. Read the fine print below.👇

Yes: I'm here to assist with all your Kajabi needs, as I have in-depth knowledge of the platform and stay up to date with the latest features, including beta testing new ones. You can reach out anytime with technical questions via email, and I'll respond promptly. When helpful, I'll also provide video tutorials to guide you through Kajabi step by step.

👉How it Works: I provide Kajabi website work and support at an hourly rate. Time purchased covers both email support and website tasks, with reading and response to email questions deducted from your balance. Upon purchase, you'll receive a link to schedule optional Zoom calls if you'd like to exchange your minutes for any Zoom sessions in increments of 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes. Your time is valid for 365 days, allowing you to use your time block all at once or spread it out as needed throughout the year.

Availability: Being at my desk full-time, I can typically start your project within two business days, Mon through Thurs, 9am-4pm and Fri 9am-3pm Central Time, excluding vacation days and Federal holidays. If it's just a quick email question, I can usually reply same day (within business hours).
 
Zooms: You're always welcome to schedule a Zoom to share more details about your project as we work on it, or for Zoom tutorials. No: I do not provide services for repairing DNS errors (complex domain transfers), site speed improvement, app integration, branded apps, logo design, video editing, or paid ads (though I can help with landing pages for paid ads).
